I build real-time robotics systems that combine computer vision, embedded hardware, and control systems. My current focus is developing a multi-DOF (Degrees of Freedom) bionic hand controlled through live hand tracking and preparing it for developing custom gesture recognition and ASL (A–Z) sign language models using MediaPipe landmarks.


🦾 Featured Project: Bionic Hand (MK0 → MK1)

Real-time robotic hand system using OpenCV and MediaPipe on a Raspberry Pi.

MK0 (Completed)

  • MediaPipe-based hand tracking
  • Servo actuation via PCA9685
  • MG995 servo control for finger motion
  • Vision-to-actuation mapping prototype

MK1 (In Progress)

  • Mechanical wrist and servo enclosure redesign in Fusion 360 using Orca V1 Legacy Palm
  • Increased DOF (17 DOF target)
  • Improved motion stability and control pipeline
  • Preparing system for ML-based gesture recognition
