Alright, for some reason, it just works on my machine? i am not very sure. i'll run up a vm and check it later |

alright, as far as i can see. removing tos.HH or libtos in /usr/lib (as that's where the path of installation is in AUR), the binary is being built, but has no effect on this issue and does not fix it |

this would prolly break the installation in AUR, but can be changed to a warning
