WindowsInstallFiles

Note: I'm now using Chocolaty Nuget to help with installs and that script installs many of the applications listed. After running that script, install winamp, Office, Visual Studio SQL Server, Visio, damn NFO viewer, various Mycroft search engines, dfolder, unlocker, rapt, magic iso, and nero.

Typical install order starts off Microsoft products (from Microsoft Action Pack Subscription): Windows, Security Essentials, Office, Visual Studio, SQL Server, Visio

Interlaced with those are some essential utilities: winamp, 7zip, damn NFO viewer, DaemonTools lite, and Firefox*.

. * Where FireFox includes AdBlock Plus and various Mycroft search engines. Change the download folder to ask each time. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/#download-fx https://adblockplus.org/en/firefox http://mycroftproject.com/search-engines.html?name=mycroft

Then other commonly used utilities: dfolder, irfan view, java, unlocker, vlc, vuze, Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Google Voice, Quicktime, Silverlight, Audacity (with Lame and LADSPA), Calibre, Crap Cleaner, Rapt, Magic Iso, Foxit Reader, Nero, github, xamarin

Now it is almost usable.
