Binary file containing spike waveforms

Contains tnWav_raw (nSamples_raw x nSites_spk x nSpikes: int16)
Dimension is stored in S0.dimm_raw.
Prefix comes from the parameter file name (excluding .prm). For example JRCLUST creates "myparam_spkraw.jrc" for a parameter file called "myparam.prm".
