About Me

💻 I started coding to help my son make video games.

After teaching myself HTML / CSS and WordPress, I moved on to iOS apps.

I completed a full-stack software engineering bootcamp in September of 2022 focused on JavaScript, React, and Ruby on Rails. I was hired as a Full-stack developer in October 2022 and currently work in the same role while adding UI/UX Designer to my list of skills. I am continuing my pursuit of Software Engineering by building projects, practicing data structures and algorithms, going to meetups, and collaborating with other devs in my free time.

I recently started my own freelance web development company called Static Free Designs where I design, host, and deploy custom web applications using WordPress, MERN stack, and Linux, incorporating UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.

I spent 2024 learning to build AI apps while continuing to focus on JavaScript fundamentals with apps like:
