Steps to build and run locally:

1. Make sure you have node 6.0 or greater installed. It can be downloaded from https://nodejs.org/en/.
2. Make sure you have grunt installed. It can be downloaded from http://gruntjs.com/installing-grunt.
3. Install bower using npm install -g bower.
4. In the project directory, run bower install.
5. Run npm install.
6. Run grunt dev.
7. In a browser, navigate to http://localhost:8080/.
