- Added ability to turn off solution checking in Clover SysSolverLinOp - deprecated useless tuneDslashP parameter TODO: - propagate disabling solution checking to MDagM syssolver if needed
mainly: i) remove static QDP objects ii) disable some code that breaks out of QDP evaluation iii) new clover/stouting routines
Multi-RHS solvers (incl. multigrid) from QUDA.

Added the derivatives for exp-clover forces. The forces implementation have been tested using the t_leapfrog by comparing results with regular unprec clover.
