Run specific hallc-replay

This tagged version of hallc-replay facilitates run by run calibrations and parameter files. This version corresponds to the steady state version of hallc-replay at the conclusion of the color transparency experiment and prior to F2/EMC.

Change of ROC ID 11 to ROC ID 1

This tagged version of the hallc_replay repository corresponds to data taken prior to run 238 (03/03/2017) with the HMS DAQ.

It has been decided to change the ROC ID number for HMS ROC1 from 11 to 1 in the CRL. This means that all channel maps and crate maps will be modified in versions tagged after the release of 0.1 This change will allow for the ROC ID to match the scheme for the other ROCs in both the HMS and SHMS.

If analyzing data prior to run 238 (03/03/2017) in the HMS, this tagged version of the hallc_replay framework must be utilized.
