- Update from 3.12.11 to 3.12.13
- Fixed black pre-commit to use 3.12 syntax
- Bumped dependencies to resolve CVEs
- Code Quality: Black formatting
- Replaced i with _ in loop which is best practice

I'll be opening a new PR. Found problems related to pkg_resources and setuptools due to them being mostly deprecated in Python3.12. That will need to be addressed in your dependencies. |
