Add protected method PFModule#addImplementation to encapsulate usage of Google Collections. Now the generated code no longer needs Google Collections on the classpath.

Add protected method PFModule#addImplementation to encapsulate usage of Google Collections. Now the generated code no longer needs Google Collections on the compilation classpath (runtime dependency of course remains).
