This should hopefully fix #1511 and https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/MPS-33520/Failed-to-initialize-part-class-de.itemis.mps.editor.celllayout.runtime.plugin.ProjectPluginProjectPluginPart-of-project-plugin respectively.
