The commit hash below is a new hash for commit 0ebd6bc3a86eda44d337f1e7cc52af3f0521ef76, that no longer exists. This restores sync of the 253 branch. GitOrigin-RevId: dd1eed08d7b643b1e0bc66bbb0ca4e71eab131a9

The monorepo was force pushed. To restore a sync we need to adjust git origin rev id of the last synced commit to a new hash of the same commit. This PR restores sync of the 253 branch.
