Added Support for Debian 11 CIS CI.
Support for Debian 10 was added and tested.
This was done by taking Debian 10 as a base and modifying it to make it adapted to Debian 11.
Wazuh was used to test it and we reached a score of 75% on a machine with no partitions separated etc.
Debian 11 Wazuh checks did return a lot of false negatives, so that affects the score as well.
