… Base.@threadcall usaged: LEGION PROGRAMMING MODEL EXCEPTION: Invalid request to wait until a physical region is valid outside of Toplevel Task(UID: 1) task context where it was created. Physical regions can only be used in the task where they were made.

25.11 Legate provides implementations of the redop interface with Legate so there isn't any conflicts now. We are able to remove the patch that we had.
Currently, 26.01 doesn't like our Base.@threadcall interface usage.
I am working on a solution to fix this. This relates to the Array(LogicalArray) interface usage creating in #65
