Added style for Swiss jurisdiction

I created this style for personal use at the chair I work. Since there is no style module for the Swiss jurisdiction, the style contains more hard-coding than usual. It should work perfectly for a Swiss-German legal scholar (a French version will follow).

@NoamS-byte sorry for joining this late. There are issues with this style, especially regarding court decisions. I’d strongly recommend to have the style modules take care of citing cases, so you don’t need to implement everything on your own. E.g. the style currently creates wrong case numbers for ECJ cases (C- isn’t prefixed to case numbers before 1989, so it needs to be part of the entry in Zotero).

Currently, with your style I get this in Word for a OGer LU case: "obergericht OGer LU vom 17.8.1995, LGVE."
The style module formats it this way: "OGer, 17. Aug 1995, 15 LGVE". Both are wrong but correcting the Swiss style module would fix it for all styles.

@georgd Seeing that Jurism is unusable and seemingly on the verge of collapse, I do not intend to invest any more time than I already have. However, I am grateful for your help in developing the style.

@NoamS-byte I fear, Jurism is already past the state of being just on the verge of collapse. But the Zotero plugin Citation Phoenix brings its functionality to Zotero, including the styles, modules and jurisdictions sytems. If you have been syncing tro zotero.org, you might be able to continue seamlessly with your existing library and Word documents.

The plugin is relatively new and has been made capable of non-US jurisdictions only about two weeks ago.
