Adding a GPL license to comply with the license attached to PyNicotine, the source code of which is included inside of this repository (https://github.com/nicotine-plus/nicotine-plus/blob/master/COPYING)
Changed license attribute to reflect changes made to the LICENSE file.

As per section 8 (Terminations) of the GPL license that Nicotine+ and by extension PyNicotine is licensed under, the license to distribute the source code of the software will be revoked if you yourself are not distributing it under the same or similar "copyleft" license. The current version of Sonosano is in violation of these terms and therefore does not have a right to distribute the source code of PyNicotine. I have updated the license to reflect the terms under which PyNicotine is distributed, which will reinstate Sonosano's right to use this code. Please note that until this license is updated accordingly, this repository is not allowed to distribute PyNicotine's code under its current license.
