renamed Bunka Kyokai (910910, 910911) to Wenhua Xiehui removed Lin Shao-mao (910916, 910917) and moved Tong Li-she to his place reassigned Tong Li-she's old minister ids (910943, 910944) to japanese general government officials replaced Lin Sen (910922) and Zhou Enlai (910936, 910937, 910938, 910939) with Chiang Wei-shui and Lien Wenqing added Sha Sekko (910934) as syndicalist security minister
