feat: enabled interaction with content and added <title> tags to enable hover texts

Here's a list of what I added / changed

• feat: added volta for better node management
  I added Volta since I did not have the used node version installed, adding it should be beneficial with no drawbacks
• feat: add Access-Control-Allow-Private-Network header
  For testing purposes I wanted to be able to inject the debug script to my production hass instance, had to add the header to enable it
• feat: enabled interaction with content ui by moving it to the front while hiding overflowing content and preventing it from hindering interaction with the slider
  Took some time to figure it out but enabling the pointer-events on the children and upping the z-index was enough.
• feat: add title tags for ui elements
  added the title tags and moved / refactored some code. formatting and readability is rough since its all a big string but I tried my best. I also had AI add missing localization, but I cannot vouch for the quality.
• refactor: enhance climate entity with battery state and improve type safety
  the stateObj was any, added typing and missing attributes
• feat: support for batteries that use a binary sensor and "on" / "off" states
  some thermostats expose their battery state as binary sensor - added support for that

Issues / Todos

1. I encountered the problem that with the current master I had no humidity rendered but got around it by changing this lines:
   
   Maybe I need a newer version of the integration?
2. Adding the <title> attribute works but is unpractical since you have to perfectly position the mouse above the paths - there might be a better way to do this
3. There might be labels missing or some texts are not optimal

Further plans

It would be nice to add more interaction to the UI. For example when clicking the humidity there could be a popup with the entity history.
