Mojang do a lot of breaking changes in 1.21.x, which make mod file name looks confusing, this table shows which file should you download for your game version.
A simple rule: Download the most near version that lower than your game version
For example, 1.21.8 should download clock-hud_1.21.6-1.1.10.jar and 1.19.4 should download clock-hud_1.19-1.1.10.jar
