Final Database Operations

The final UI will help get the database ready for upgrading.
The Upgrade tool was configured with a KX12 MVC site in mind, so sites that have started in older versions of Kentico and upgraded to KX12 have various database elements that the upgrade tool will blow up on (mainly around foreign key constraints).
Likewise, the sites must be set to Content Only for the upgrade to work.
Enter the database name and run each operation, then you are ready to actually upgrade the database.
