Initial DDS files needed for this PR KhronosGroup/KTX-Software#1223
These test files are copied from the official Microsoft Repo (MIT License):
https://github.com/microsoft/DirectX-Graphics-Samples/tree/357ade6ec6ff0d9dcadc48f35c7a28e37c0cdf7a/Samples/Desktop
Some of these are large (around 8MB each) so I might just remove them and add generated DDS files (using texconv with PNG/EXR inputs from this repo).
