Verify ROS1 noetic, ubuntu 20.04 version

  • Add velodyne vlp16, ouster-os1, realsense d435 model in accessories urdf for option.
  • Model 1 : ouster + d435 camera with ulu02 model
  • Model 2 : ouster + d435 camera simple model
  • Model 3 : vlp16 + d435 camera simple model
