resolves #254
yScaleas a prop in thethumbnailViewer.vueis no longer needed and was causing the y position of annotations to be offset. I removed the prop from passing down to the LayerManager.vuescaledWidthandscaledHeight. It might be a bit noisy of a PR but I removed all references to yScale in all layers, components and helper functions.
