This adds support for the NoDieby ND-01, an infrasonic intrusion detector with a built-in siren.
The device exposes its proprietary configuration parameters (detection sensitivity, siren volume, alarm duration, alarm delay, status-LED brightness) through a manufacturer-specific cluster (0xFC00), as these have no equivalent in the standard ZCL clusters. Motion detection (IAS Zone) and the armed/siren switches (genOnOff) use standard clusters.
Includes unit tests covering the modernExtend behaviour against the firmware's on-air contract (custom cluster IDs/types, IAS zone mapping, on/off endpoints).
