Added Sentry for python engine ms

…I secret key, and Sentry DSN for better configuration

feat(readme): document Sentry integration and update deployment instructions for new secrets
feat(fly.toml): add ENVIRONMENT variable to specify the deployment environment
feat(main.py): integrate Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring
deps(pyproject.toml): add sentry-sdk dependency for Sentry integration
… monitoring

feat(engine): include urllib3 dependency for improved HTTP handling and compatibility
