CarePlus: Enterprise Clinic Management & WhatsApp Automation

CarePlus is a professional-grade SaaS ecosystem engineered to modernize the operational workflow of private medical practices. By replacing manual front-desk tasks with a state-machine-driven WhatsApp bot and a high-performance React administrative core, it streamlines the entire patient lifecycle from discovery to consultation.

  • Availability Contention: Patients cannot view real-time slots, leading to excessive phone "back-and-forth" and booking drop-offs.
