Hello,
First of all thanks for the great work (pygal).
I'm attempting to use Pygal.
I have dependency over CX FREEZE and css files could not be accessed inside compressed (zip) folder.
Therefore, inspiring myself with #217, I proposed this PR.
Important: Only CSS files are fixed here, I did not manage SVG files
