Dans le cadre de la crise mondiale liée à l’attaque CrowdStrike de juillet 2024, j’ai été missionné en urgence, pour restructurer l’intégralité du système d’information de Preparation Pédagogie Formation (Holding Pivot Point FR, Shortcuts FR, EverBlue, ...) Une PME comptant environ 50 collaborateurs (salariés, freelances, prestataires).

Le défi consistait à moderniser un système obsolète dans un délai extrêmement court, tout en maintenant la continuité des activités.

• Rétablir la stabilité du système d’information post-crise
• Moderniser l’infrastructure pour répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs
• Garantir zéro interruption prolongée des opérations
• Assurer la sécurité et la fiabilité des données critiques

1. État des Lieux et Analyse

   • Audit complet de l’existant : Windows Server 2012, postes sous Windows 7/8/10, machines Linux
   • Analyse des besoins avec la direction pour définir les priorités

2. Gestion de Projet

   • Planification rigoureuse et suivi budgétaire
   • Demandes de devis et coordination avec les fournisseurs

3. Choix et Achat de Matériel

   • Acquisition d’un serveur principal et d’un serveur PRA
   • Mise en place d’un NAS Synology en RAID 5 pour des sauvegardes redondantes

4. Virtualisation et Infrastructure

   • Configuration de la virtualisation sur le serveur principal (VM pour production, développement, support)
   • Reconstruction de l’Active Directory et intégration à Azure AD

5. Réinstallation du CRM

   • Migration complète du CRM d’entreprise avec 25 ans de données critiques
   • Validation de l’intégrité des données post-migration

6. Modernisation des Postes Utilisateurs

   • Homogénéisation des systèmes sur l’ensemble des postes de travail
   • Reconfiguration complète pour une compatibilité optimale

7. Téléphonie IP

   • Déploiement d’une solution 3CX pour moderniser la téléphonie

8. Hébergement et Messagerie

   • Migration complète de l’hébergement web
   • Mise en place de sauvegardes automatisées et sécurisées pour la messagerie

• Délai : Projet réalisé en 2 mois, dans un contexte d’urgence
• Continuité : Aucune rupture prolongée des activités

During the global CrowdStrike cyberattack of July 2024, I was urgently assigned to restructure the entire IT system of
Préparation Pédagogie Formation (Pivot Point FR Holding, Shortcuts FR, EverBlue, ...) —
an SME with around 50 collaborators (employees, freelancers, service providers).

The challenge was to modernize an outdated system in an extremely short timeframe while ensuring full business continuity.

• Restore information system stability post-crisis
• Modernize infrastructure to meet both current and future needs

• Guarantee the security and reliability of all critical data

1. Assessment & Analysis

   • Complete audit of the existing setup: Windows Server 2012, Windows 7/8/10 workstations, Linux machines
   • Needs analysis with leadership to prioritize tasks

2. Project Management

   • Detailed planning and budget tracking
   • Vendor quote requests and coordination

3. Hardware Procurement

   • Purchase of a main server and a disaster recovery server (DRP)
   • Setup of a Synology NAS (RAID 5) for redundant backups

4. Virtualization & Infrastructure

   • Virtualization configuration on the main server (VMs for production, dev, support)
   • Rebuild of Active Directory and integration with Azure AD

5. CRM Reinstallation

   • Complete migration of the company's CRM with 25 years of critical data
   • Integrity check and validation post-migration

6. User Workstation Modernization

   • OS standardization across all workstations
   • Full reconfiguration for optimal performance

7. IP Telephony

   • Deployment of a 3CX solution to modernize phone communications

8. Hosting & Email Services

   • Full migration of web hosting infrastructure
