Prepare repository rename to mx3-lite

Dependency

This branch is stacked on PR #45 so the new README cannot restore the old repository URL later. Merge #45 first. After that merge, this PR reduces automatically to the rename preparation commit.

What changed

• update the README workflow badge and clone instructions to the canonical KulmanD/mx3-lite repository
• make the opening explicitly describe independent native macOS software for MX Master 3 and 3S gestures and scrolling
• convert same repository issue URLs in performance reports to portable #number references
• add a repository rename runbook with the requested name, description, topics, owner steps, exact local remote command, and post rename checklist
• link the publication readiness checklist to the rename runbook

Why

Repository owned documentation and metadata should use the established mx3-lite product name and should not depend on the previous GitHub repository URL.

Validation

• git diff --check
• zero working tree matches for the previous repository name, URL, SSH clone form, and owner raw content URL
• generated and freshly extracted the source sharing ZIP
• confirmed the ZIP includes the rename runbook, license, security policy, and generic defaults
• confirmed the ZIP contains no previous repository reference
• confirmed package name, executables, bundle metadata, scripts, configuration paths, tests, workflows, and runtime source are unchanged

Historical references

Issue references #20 through #27 and historical branch or tag names remain because they preserve the performance decision record. They are repository portable and contain no previous repository URL.

Risks and limitations

• documentation only; runtime behavior and packaging behavior are unchanged
• badge and clone links on this branch target the future canonical URL and will work after the owner renames the repository
• this PR does not rename the repository, change visibility or GitHub settings, or publish a release
