This pull request is for adding RTL (right-to-left) layout direction support.
It contains a handful of fixes for when the layout is rendered from RTL, most of which force LTR (left-to-right) layout/text direction on views that should not be mirrored.
These changes should not have an adverse effect on the current LTR layout.
