For sensors that support both 2-lane and 4-lane MIPI (imx462, imx585), make the lane count selectable in the Select sensor modal and persist it in config.txt. Mirror the mono_option pattern with a lane_option field in sensors.yaml. Requires a sensor capability matrix first: which lane counts each sensor, driver and overlay actually support (imx283 is 4-lane only, imx477 is 2-lane only).
