• claude-review.yml : revue automatique de chaque PR (hors Dependabot) — analyse sécurité, bugs et qualité en français avec niveaux de sévérité
• claude.yml : réponse à la demande via @claude dans les issues et commentaires de PR
• ci-failure-to-issue.yml : ouvre une issue labelée jules quand Security Scan ou CI échoue sur main ; commente l'issue existante plutôt que d'en créer une nouvelle (anti-doublon)

Test plan

• Ouvrir une PR de test → vérifier que Claude PR Review poste un commentaire de revue
• Écrire @claude dans un commentaire de PR → vérifier que Claude Code répond
• Simuler un échec de CI sur main → vérifier qu'une issue jules est créée
• Rejouer l'échec → vérifier qu'un commentaire est ajouté à l'issue existante (pas de doublon)
