Made changes to the prompt for 'is_relevant' function by adding sentences 'Pay attention to the user's role within the LSE, his/her affiliation and the level of studies (if applicable) to give a more accurate response. All questions that mention LSE's courses, policies, career opportunities are relevant'. Both sentences seemed to improve accuracy of responses whilst the second one also solved a few issues with the 'out of scope' bug for benchmarking questions.
