2020-02-05 Small dataset for initial development work

As a starter dataset for doing the initial development, I decided to find 5 full visits in each band that covered our standard tract, 3828. The script I wrote gets the tract center from the DC2 skyMap.pickle file and finds all visits in the first year whose pointing is within 1.5 degrees of the tract center and prints out the first five of those visits for each band:
