- Add pause/resume state fields to Prisma schema and migration - Implement pause/resume logic across SSE service, stream controller, soroban worker, and claimable service - Add pause/resume UI and stream detail updates in frontend stream page and soroban lib - Fix NotificationDropdown syntax errors, duplicate variables, TypeScript errors, and lint warnings - Remove invalid TypeScript compiler option from backend tsconfig - Update tests to cover new pause/resume behaviour
