how to add new translation on dashboard?

translations are located at dashboard/incl/lang

Copy original/main lang (EN) and raname it
locale"LANGCODE".php
translate the values in it

It works as follows:

scan lang folder
cuts out ".php" and "locale" from file names
result is $Lang
create link "$Lang" to lang/switchLang.php?lang='.$Lang.'
<a class="dropdown-item" href="lang/switchLang.php?lang='.$Lang.'">'.$Lang.'</a>
print list
