Thank you for pointing this out @alexxandar . I was actually considering updating the packaging to more modern frameworks like UV at some point so I might do this now as well. What are your Python and Psychopy versions? And do you know when this error started appearing? |

I originally tried with more latest version of Python but I couldn't make Cardioception to run, so I dropped down to 3.9 based on the requirements of other packages used |

I've adjusted the code to this change. Without it user gets an error that legacy plugin needs to be installed.
