Lets contributors run composer ci without matching PHP/Composer on the host. Docker/Makefile structure follows Lendable/doctrine-migrations-extensions#175, with the Makefile conventions and pcov coverage driver aligned with Lendable/messaging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
This repo has no
Makefileand dockerized environment, so there is no way to work on it without amatching PHP 8.4 and Composer installed on the host.
Verification
make upbuilds and starts the container from clean.make shell→composer install && composer cirunscomposer validate,linting, PHPStan, Rector, PHP-CS-Fixer, PHPUnit and Infection (with PCOV)
inside the container, no host PHP - all green, 100% MSI.
