Add optional MK2 debug trace output

Summary

• add an optional debug flag to the MK2 engine workflow to collect structured trace data
• capture per-day activity snapshots and weekly totals when debug tracing is enabled
• expose the debug flag through the workforce rig and web adapter entry points
