Limit balance history to last 50 runs

Summary

• track a monotonic total run counter when appending balance history snapshots
• enforce a FIFO cap of 50 history rows in the visuals UI and update meta labels to use the global run number
• tweak balance history styling to keep the stack bounded within the panel
