Adds Agent Swarm at the Edge to Community Projects → End-to-End Projects.
A spec-driven, 5-agent architecture review pipeline (Researcher → Architect → Scribe → Critic → Judge) that generates C4 System Context diagrams and Architecture Decision Records from an architecture spec. It runs entirely on CPU-only edge hardware with no discrete GPU, no cloud, no API keys. Uses Gemma 4 E4B QAT and LFM2.5-VL-1.6B via
llama-serverrouter mode with LRU hot-swap between the two models.Every artifact write is gated behind human approval before persisting. Currently at v0.13, with a full pipeline validated end-to-end on real hardware.
