Added item-level hideFromWorkspace configuration option to control item visibility in left menu bar in Workspace view.
Added section-level hideFromWorkspace configuration option to control section visibility in left menu bar in Workspace view

If conf.yaml file has the hideFromWorkspace variable set to true, then in the Workspace view the sections or item that have been set true for hideFromWorkspace, will be hidden.

Production testing: I have tested this in production, built from my modified repository on my own server and is working as intended.

I have tested both changes in a working docker container in my self hosted server and the changes are working as intended.
