Github version of LMAT 1.2.4

1st official github release, standard LMAT version 1.2.4. For reference, v1.2.6, the latest version included experimental abundance estimation and genome coverage statistics, but is less stable due to increased memory requirements. Therefore, v1.2.4 is maintained as the standard stable version.
