Summary

  • After installing the plugin via /plugin install understand-anything, Claude Code does not pick up the new /understand-* slash commands in the current session until plugins are reloaded.
  • New users hit "command not found" on /understand-dashboard (or other commands) and don't know what to do.
  • Add a short note in the Quick Start before step 3 telling them to run /reload-plugins once.

Test plan

  • Verified the rendered Markdown displays the > **Note:** ... block correctly in GitHub's preview.
  • No code changes; docs-only edit to README.md.

When Claude Code installs the plugin in an existing session, the new
slash commands aren't available until plugins are reloaded. Add a
short note before the dashboard step so new users don't get stuck on
"command not found" for /understand-dashboard.

I'll recommend at the /reload-plugins here. You can add it if you are interested.

Thanks! Please consider to update the other language version readme~

Apply the same /reload-plugins step added in the English README to
all 7 localized versions (zh-CN, zh-TW, ja-JP, ko-KR, es-ES, ru-RU, tr-TR).
