This is the final Mackenzie River Basin (MRB) MESH setup used for climate and land cover/use simulations. This includes 3 folders:

MESH Setup contains the MESH setup files

MESH code contains the code version used to run the simulations - it was compiled using "make mpi_intel netcdf double" using Intel/2018 on USASK Copernicus.

Run Scrips contains the scripts that are used to setup the folders, configure the simulations, and submit the run jobs.
