This adds I2S support for the UCS7604 chip. It's based off of the limited documentation and LA captures from a commercial controller setup for this chip.
I'm new to this and I'm not sure about a couple things:
This chip requires a delay in its header and the only way I could think of doing that is with a custom EncodeIntoDma function. Is this a good way to do that?
Do I need to work on support for RMT and I2S Mux?
