Replace hardcoded repmgr paths with dynamic values from class methods. This makes tests version-agnostic and work with repmgr10, repmgr13, or repmgr16. CP4AIOPS-1079
- Add repmgr16 configuration paths to REPGMR_FILE_LOCATIONS - Update repmgr_service_name to check for repmgr16 first, then repmgr13, then repmgr10 CP4AIOPS-1079
binaries are in /usr/local/bin others are in /var/lib/kafka CP4AIOPS-1079
