LGTM, we'll need to make sure all devs have 3.3.10 installed... I think we'll need to make sure we have 3.3.10 in appliances, podified images, product images, rpm build, CI builders, etc. |

@jrafanie For maximum compatibility, I'm just making this 3.3.0 as a minimum. In build we are using 3.3.10, so this should be fine. |

@jrafanie Please review. I don't mind lowering the last digit. I checked the containers and we install 3.3.10 there as well.
