The goal of this PR is to settle on an output for the Api Gen and make it testable.
Having the output testable will help prevents regression, and "easily add support for more F# syntax".
The output should be customisation at least in term of colour, the easy solution for that is probably to generate a minimal HTML and use CSS variable to control the colours.
