Release for initial submission of GOA 2025 report. Code includes updates for new survey design:
- NMFS statistical areas reported everywhere instead of "region" or INPFC area
- Updates to text about ergonomics and old vs. new design
- New time series figures based on feedback from Plan Team meetings
- Other updates and changes from Ned editorial
